Member Schools: You can edit your school information, add contact information. Is very important
to update your swim team numbers ASAP as we use these numbers to calculate lane timing assignment and the warm up
schedule. Also, is very important to get your assistant coaches entered so we know who gets entry passes.

District Meet Information: Download the latest meet information sheet, if you need a
paper entry form, you can download one here. Also, you can see who the main meet officials are and their contact
information. Can also see the badly needing updated District SOP.

Lane Timer Sign Up: Enter your lane timers for the district meet you have signed up for your team.

Media Contacts: You can see the current media list that is used to send results out. Everyone
can edit or add these entries. Chances are, all appropriate newspapers and tv stations are already entered so
the only thing here is perhaps edit contact names, numbers, email addresses. For multiple teams from one area,
(Example: Klamath Union, Mazama and Henley.) it is strongly suggested that you coordinate among yourselves on
what you want here. Bottom line, if they are not on this list, than chances are they will not receive
results / notifications!

Reports: You can get a printer friendly blank lane timer signup sheet which you can use as a
worksheet when you call parents to lane time. Then you can transfer this info to the online signup form. Is also
a printer friendly version of the contact list. At the bottom of the contact list is a last revised date and
this changes whenever contact information is changed or added to, making it easy to see if you have the most
current revision.
